This is almost exactly the picture that I actually wanted to draw when I did the first picture, but I wasn't good enough to be able to pull it off. I am pretty pleased with out it came out. That and that background. My last background was so terrible and this one actually looks good X3 so happy!

I decided to massively scrap some of the original ideas, but I did keep some things the same. Now you can actually see he's an elf, because I love drawing elf ear. And I still love that ponytail.

I am so proud of those hands! I think I'm just about getting how to draw hands!

I actually really happy with this piece, because I really really loved my first one that I did 6 years ago (really that long ...) and I was so proud of it at the time. I've actually fancied doing a redraw of this picture for some time, but haven't really felt like it, but then I got some motivation from this contest and no only did I do it, I actually did some computer colouring and tried out a technique that I wanted to try out for ages, but haven't really had the chance to because of my massive art block
